  • I received a free live care one account when I signed on for Qwest Broadband. When I attemt to register, the activation page shows the user ID that I am using now. I am not able to change the user ID on the activation page to the user ID I used to sign up for qwest broadband service. If I use the user ID shown, it indicates that I must use the user ID that I used when I signed up for service. What now?

  • Unfortunately, you have encountered a OneCare bug that prevents you from changing the LiveID to activate a subscription if an incorrect one was previously entered. To resolve this, you will need to uninstall and reinstall OneCare. Then you can proceed with activation using the Qwest LiveID.
