OEM Key to TechNet Key

Question
-
I need some help; I have a HP OEM computer with Windows Prof Media Center included. However, I want to move to a more decent hardware. Therefore i built a custom PC, i want to move the HD of the OEM machine to the custom built (new mobo, processor, etc..), I am a TechNet subscriber so i do have keys available. My question is how do i change from OEM to TechNet keys without reinstalling XP is that possible?

Product Keys acquired through TechNet only are valid with full retail versions of Microsoft software. Therefore, one cannot use a TechNet product key with an OEM installation.
