CRM 2011 on-premise, UR 14, Office 2010.
When attempting to download an Advanced Find from within the Outlook plugin ("Export Opportunities"), the user is shown a JavaScript error (there has been an error, click here to report it to Microsoft). The window for options (static sheet, dynamic
pivottable, etc) does not appear.
Error reads:
Unable to get property 'performExcelExport' of undefined or null reference
I had the user reset his IE back to factory settings, and re-add CRM to Compatibility Mode. This issue only occurs from within Outlook; IE and other browsers work fine.
Any thoughts?
