I am attempting to import products into my CRM system using the import template and import wizard. I continue to get the error "The unit schedule ID is missing. To create a unit, specify a unit schedule ID."
I have searched the forums and multiple other forums and found that people have had this problem however their problems were solved by ensuring they included the two mandatory fields, "Unit Group" and "Default Unit", in the import file.
I have done this and ensured that the values in these columns are valid. I also tried to create a new Unit Group and New Units but this has made no change.
Please can someone assist.
