Installing Money on New Computer after Old One Died...I Have Activation Code, But Program says it is expired...Help!

  Title pretty much says it all. I had MSN Money for a couple years, then my computer died. I installed it on my new comp, with the activation code, and program says it is expired. Help!

  I checked the paper manual but it says nothign about this. I also checked the online manual but it is no longer available:
