Is this issue related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM?
If not it would be better if you posted your question in the right Microsoft Forums.
One thing you can do is restart your email client (I am assuming you are using Outlook). Then in that case close and open your outlook again. After closing and before opening your outlook, kill all the outlook processes from your Task manager > Processes
tab.
May be this is a genuine Windows Live issue. Please wait for 30-4- minutes and then try again.
Sometimes computer restart help.
