Q&A Article Template Bulk Import for Knowledge Base RRS feed

  • Hi guys. We are looking to take advantage of the knowledge base entity in CRM 2011. I would like to do a bulk import of 100+ Q&A articles. When I have imported data before, I customize the View to include the columns I want to import, download the XML template, add data in Excel, then import it into CRM.

    The problem I'm running into here is that the article template is set up so the Question, Answer, and Additional Comments section is under an iframe (?) type thing and not a field. The only thing I can bulk import is the title, subject, key words, language, etc (only actual fields). There must be an easier way to bulk import so that I can add the questions/answers in Excel columns and bulk import to create all of these articles. Can someone provide some ideas here?
