Hello, I am installing OCS Server 2007 R2, standard. The install appears to be failing on this:
lcscmd /web /action:activate /role:im/user:RTCComponentService /password:notrealpassword /poolname:ibmserver /externalwebfqdn:ourdomain.com /l:c:\web.html
The relevent (failed) contents of c:\web.html are:

Which account is this referring to? I have checked the identity and password of the RTCComponentService on the IIS worker app pool that it's pointing to, and that my own credentials are valid and correct, and, that RTCComponentService is in the required security groups (i added it to enterprise and domain admins as a test to see if it would get past activation of the web components component.
Any ideas what would be causing this to fail here?
