Hi,
Based on what I'm seeing, you initially started your thread in the Where Is The Forum For...? forum, which then got moved to TechNet Sandbox forum, so clicking on the links in your activity list (I'm guessing that's what you're doing) should take you to that forum.
If you're looking for the MSDN Sandbox forum, it appears to live in an archived section but is still usable. Here's a direct link:
Don't retire TechNet! - (Maybe there's still a chance for hope, over 10,750+ strong and growing)

Because it's the TechNet Sandbox forum. TechNet wouldn't be on MSDN.
