Help on creating HTML news letter RRS feed

  • Dear all

    I ahve created a mail merge template for my HTM news letter that has been done inside word.

    Then after importing that template to CRM I can use it for news. I need to send those news by email but I have notice that for sending mail, it needs to be send from word through the Finish mail Merge -> Send mail buttton.

    Doing so, the mail is send through outlook client.

    What I am trying to do is how to differ the sending in order that it is send though my Email router ?

  • Hi Serge,

    Please find the URL to create and import mail merge to CRM.


    To send Emails using Email Router you have to change your Email sending and receiving options in Settings->Administration->Users-> select the user and change the settings according to your requirement.

    If you send mails using CRM that can be sent through Email Router.

    I know ho to import the mail merge template.

    What I am looking form is that if I start to build my letter to be send by mail, in order to finish the mailmerge I need to click on FinisheMailMerge>Send Email button.

    BUt doing so, once again, through Word it send email through outlook.

    If I send normal mail from CRM, it is already set to use Email router.

    Did you catch what I mean ?
