    Hi All,

    I have a question regarding Campaign Response functionality.

    Does Campaign Response generates leads Automatically ? So for example , If I send Campaign to 50 customers and if 30 of them respond it, then do CRM create  Lead agaist it

    automatically ?? if yes then how to stop this happening.?

    No it won't create a lead automatically, You can open a campaign response and convert it(Convert Campaign Response Button) into lead,  opportunity or customer.

    If you want to create a lead automatically you can create a workflow on campaign response creation to create a lead.

    Hi,

    Check there should be some WF or plugin that is converting campaign response to lead.

    Hi,

    Campaign response will not generate leads automatically, if in your CRM deployment it is generating leads automatically then you may check the workflow or plugin running on Campaign Response entity record creation that may be creating automatically leads .
