    My problem is not displayed.  My 64 bit programs will not work under 32 bit programs my computer is a dell all in one and it used the 64 bit and now my programs that use a 64 bit won't work can you help.

    Are you trying to run 64 bit programs on a 32 bit operating system? You cannot run 64 bit programs on a 32 bit Windows, but you can run both 32 bit and 64 bit programs on a 64 bit Windows.
