I cannot get One Care out of my computer!

  I have uninstalled OneCare and it still pops up on my computer. Now when I look in the programs list it is not there. I did a search for all "One Care" files and tried to delete them It will not go away! Can anyone tell me how to get rid of this Virus called "OneCare"??
