Switching to MS Dynamics CRM RRS feed

  • If we want to switch from our Current CRM to MS dynamics crm  what about the data we have in current our CRM like accounts ,contacts,Documents,Campaigns. How will it get transfer?

    Depends on your current there could be a variety of ways to migrate your current data to CRM.

  • What is your current CRM? There are a lot of adapters for a product called Scribe, and if your CRM has one, you can save yourself some time by setting up the migration in Scribe. But it comes down to being your responsibility to migrate your data as appropriate.

  • If you can't use 3rd party tool like Scribe, you can do as following to import data:

    1. Download the datamap from Dynamic CRM as XML

    2. Open the XML by Excel,

    3. Copy and paste your data into the XML file

    4. Import the data.

    You can go to system job to check if the data is successfully imported.
