Page Not Found error RRS feed

  • Question

  • I post to several different MS forums including MSDN.

At Technet, I am able to see MyThread's fine.

It's when I attempt to click on the Forum root that I get a 'Page Not Found' page.

For example, I am at Microsoft TechNet Forums.

I click 'MyThreads' and I see one of my threads from MSDN - Visual Basic Language forum.

I click to view the post. I then click the hyperlink for the root of that particular forum because i'd like to see if there's any posts to view.
That is when TechNet cannot recognize the MSDN forum and tells me it's not found.

  •  I just tried to reproduce it and this is what I noted:

At the Technet Forums (google Technet Forums)

It has the older forum look/feel.

I am pre-logged in because it detects my login at this (msdn) forum.

    When clicking "MyThreads"

Now I get only 1 forums threads as opposed to the ones that I saw the other day.

I click on my thread that I posted at the one forum listed.

Now, I want to go to the root (the topic, main folder).

It let me do it this time. No error.

Last week, as I said, I couldn't get to the root (the folder holding my thread).

Someone may have indexed the pages correctly now so as it stands it is no longer an issue.

  • Hi Eric X 4-

I tried to repro the issue you are reporting but can't seem to get the Page not Found error.  Can you repro this again and paste the links that you are accessing in each step as you repro this?

    Thanks!
