Required Certification to teach course 10774

Question

Hi, people.
I'm an MCT, and MCIPT in SQL Server 2008, and I'd like to know if I'm required to get all the MCSE required exams, or can just pass the 70-461 exam in order to teach the course 10774 (Querying with Microsoft SQL Server 2012).
Tks in advance.

Hi,
to get MCSE: Data Platform you will be Passed the 5 Exams:
*** But if you have a Certification like:
MCITP: Database administrator 2008
MCITP: Database Developer 2008
you just need to pass 3 Exams:

Thanks, Las.
I think I wasn't so clear... I'd like to know (specifically for teching the 10774 course, for now) if I'm required to track all the way to upgrade my MCITP 2008 to MCSE 2012 (which you described accurately) or, once being an MCT, I can just take the 70-461 exam.
My purpose is, of course, upgrade to MCSE. However, it would be nice if I could start teaching the 10774 couse while I take the other exams, instead of do all of them first.
