Manual fixes in Rollups

  Could someone answer a quick question regarding Manual registry fixes and Rollups?

   

  For rollup 12,  KB2306918 was listed as a manual fix you could apply.

   

  If you click on the article, http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2306918  for the fix though it says that,

   

  ‘This problem was originally fixed in Update Rollup 13’

   

  Does this mean that if you were for instance going from Rollup 8 to Rollup 15 that there would be no need to manually apply the fix because the problem is fixed in Rollup 13?
