How do you change the default display font in WLW? RRS feed

  • Question

  • I want to be clear, I'm not asking how to change the font of text in a blog post. I prefer not to use the "edit using theme" option, but I don't like the way the default display font looks in WLW. I believe it's Trebuchet or something, but it's offputting and I would like to change it.

I tried to see if there was a way to change my Vista fonts that would also change the WLW fonts, but couldn't find anything.

Is there a way to change the basic display font that WLW uses when you're editing without using your blog's theme?

Thanks so much for any help!

  • You can edit the default theme by changing:

    C:\Program Files\Windows Live\Writer\template\default.htm
    C:\Program Files\Windows Live\Writer\template\defaultstyle.css
