help, i have windows live one care and my symbol on my computer show all is green and good, however i have this security tool icon and red shield on my toolbar and i believe i am not protected anymore help

... but if you already be here. Is this Security Warning (red shield) really from Windows Security Center (Action Center)? Some fake malware can be fake this message.
