    When I want to make a comparison between two source code in VS community 2013 team foundation, the default settings is Workspace Version. 

    I would like to make it into Latest Version as a default in every time when I want to make a comparison.

    How should I do it?

    I don't know if it is possible to change the default value from within Visual Studio - this is not a C# topic but a Visual Studio or TFS one that should be disussued here: https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/vstudio/en-US/home?forum=tfsgeneral - but you could go to Team Explorer (View->Team Explorer) -> Pending Changes and right-click on the file to compare and choose "Compare with Latest Version" directly.
