Lookup not working RRS feed

  • Hello, 

    When someone clicks on schedule in Service Activities and clicks to lookup the service or the resource and selects one it fails to actually select it.  It just leaves the box blank.  This seems to be a problem that around half the users are having, they should all be on the same machine. 

    Does anyone know where to start with this?
