So I can see where to change the Auto Numbering on Cases in the Administration settings, but what I would like to do is eliminate the 'alphanumeric' part of the autonumber? What I would like is a pure INT value ID for each case.
I can see where I can setup the numbering prefix, and the next number, but it still shows that 'A7YF' or whatever at the end of the case number. Can I get rid of that, or not?
If not, can I setup a custom attribute that will increment a int value each time a new case is created? I checked workflow, but I don't see where I can increment that custom attribute value
