mac connector will not install

  hi

  i have just updated the whs 2011 with rollup 4. when i come to install the mac connector for launchpad it asks for network username and password. i have put in the whs2011 administrator and password as well as tried a various home server user's username and password but both return "cannot connect to server using the name that was entered"

  i have removed the previous install of launchpad by following the instructions on microsofts website

  any ideas how this can be resolved?
