Unfortunately, you purchased a counterfeit copy of Windows from a scammer pirate. You may be lucky and be able to claim a refund - but it's unlikely that they will be responding to complaint calls any more. Please read the Blocked Keys sticky and the Buying Safely Online sticky at the head of this forum's index page - they will explain your situation, and what you can do about it.

Are you saying that you purchased this from Ingram Micro itself, or that your box arrived with an Ingram Micro sticker?A large batch of counterfeits certainly has been going the rounds, all with Ingram Micro stickers on.There is (occasionally) an Ingram staffer who looks in on these groups as a result(look here for some of the involved threads.... http://search.microsoft.com/results.aspx?q=Ingram%20meta:Search.MSForums.ForumID(55941d3b-62b1-4f1d-88a9-3cbb50ffb702)%20site:microsoft.com&mkt=en-gb )If you bought this direct from Ingram, then open a support case with them. If you bought it anywhere else, then you need to pursue your supplier, not Ingram, as the whole package is counterfeit.

Even the "Ingram Micro" labels/stickers are sometimes counterfeit! Only purchase Microsoft software from a trusted, reliable, and proven source, such as the Microsoft Store.
