company wide CRM account is down. RRS feed

  • Question

  • CRM just went down company wide in both online and outlook.

We have a microsoft hosted cloud solution as you see by the domain name below.

Our domain login is completely offline https://OURCOMPANYNAME.crm.dynamics.com/  nothing is coming up.

I assume CRM servers are down again in violation of our SLA.  I cannot login to open a support ticket.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

  • Looks like we, too, just ran into this problem with our test CRM online environment(not a trial - it's a paid subscription)

  • Our company wide CRM site was back up after 2hrs of connectivity.  Tech support from Florida assured me there has not been any major reported outages at this time.

  • Dan, if you suspect that your CRM Online service is not available then you need to contact the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Support team. Instructions for doing this are contained in the communications you received from Microsoft during your CRM Online trial and subscription process.

You definitely don't need to be able to access your CRM Online service in order to raise a support request. Depending on what type of subscription you have, you can start here: http://crm.dynamics.com/en-gb/support-overview. You might need to be an administrator to raise a support request.

You can also see service incidents on the CRM Online Service Blog, https://community.dynamics.com/product/crm/crmtechnical/b/crmonlineservice/default.aspx. It's a good idea to bookmark this URL if you are your company's CRM administrator and responsible for support.
