Parent Report not showing "Select Records dialog Box" RRS feed

    Hi All,

    In Dynamics CRM 4 I have a setup which includes a parent report collating many sub reports together. The sub reports are  passed CRM_Filtered<<entity>> & CRM_FilterText parameters and by using dynamic sql applies the pre-filter conditions from its parent report. 


    However there is one piece of functionality missing when i call my main report : When I execute the sub reports from entity listing a "Select records dialog box pops - having options like All applicable records, Selected Records and All records" : I don’t get this option when I run the Parent Report!

     

    Any pointers on whats happening here?

    Make sure your parent report's query includes the CRMAF_FilteredEntity style alias to ensure that CRM knows to use the CRM pre-filtering.
    Since you've got it working correctly on the subreports, just mimic that in the parent.
