Hi,
I accidentally added service account as a CRM user.From then the site was the not accessible and always showed ‘This user doesn’t have required security role/ need to configure roles for this user’ even for Admin accounts. SO, I wasn’t able to open anything
on the application.
I had no clue what to do next – I thought maybe deleting the user from DB would help, and this has made it worse
L. The thing is we need to delete many table references to this user’s ID which are automatically created. I have managed to delete all references and now all is fine except for my Activities and Calendar view on the
main page - it says ' an unexpected error has occured' and the warning/exception in the event viewer is not descriptive enough.
Let me know how to sort this out and resolve the errors.
