    Hi,

    I have 32bits window vista.

I followed the thread steps, it didn't work! I got this message in cmd:

    Microsoft Windows [Version 6.0.6002]

Copyright (c) 2006 Microsoft Corporation.  All rights reserved.

    C:\Windows\system32>net start slsvc

The Software Licensing service is starting.

The Software Licensing service could not be started.

    A system error has occurred.

    System error 5 has occurred.

    Access is denied

System Error 5 messages are very possibly the result of massive file corruption. BEFORE attempting the following, back up your critical files to external media, as further corruption may occur.

They are often caused by malware of one kind or another, so first we have to make sure that the system is clean.
Download MalwareBytes Anti-Malware from www.malwabytes.org and install it – update it but do NOT accept the offer to run the trial Real-Time protection (it can conflict with other stuff in Vista). The run a Full system scan in you main account, and quick scans in any other user accounts.
    Delete everything it finds.
Then check the system for hard drive problems or file problems, with CHKDSK and SFC....

    type in the Search box
    CMD.EXE
right-click on the only file that is found
    Select Run as Administrator
    - the Elevated Command Prompt window should pop up
    At the Command prompt, type
    CHKDSK C: /R
    and hit the Enter key
You will be told that the drive is locked, and the CHKDSK will run at he next boot - hit the Y key, and then reboot. The chkdsk will take a few hours depending on the size of the drive, so be patient!

After the CHKDSK has run, Windows should boot normally (possibly after a second auto-reboot) - then run the SFC

SFC -System File Checker - Instructions
    Click on the Start button
    type in the Search box
    CMD.EXE
right-click on the only file that is found
    Select Run as Administrator
    - the Elevated Command Prompt window should pop up
    At the Command prompt, type

    SFC /SCANNOW

    and hit the Enter key
Wait for the scan to finish - make a note of any error messages - and then reboot.

run another MGADiag report, and post the results.

Please try validation using Internet Explorer at www.microsoft.com/genuine/validate – what happens?
Your basic problem appears to be that the Software Licensing Service is not running.
Have you been using any form of Registry Cleaner??
First check that the Service is set to start Automatically – click on Start, in the Search box, type SERVICES.MSC, and hit the Enter key. Accept the UAC prompt, then look in the listing for the Software Licensing Service – right-click on it and select Properties. Make sure that it’s set to Automatic, and click Apply – then try and start the service using the button
Once that’s properly set, Start the service – how long before it appears to stop again?
Is there anything in the Event Viewer to indicate why it stopped? – is there an error message?
Please run the following commands in an Elevated (Admin) Command Prompt Window, and post the results.
    sc qc slsvc
    sc queryex slsvc
    sc qprivs slsvc
    sc qsidtype slsvc
    sc sdshow slsvc

copy and paste the results into your response. (click on the black/white icon top left of the window, click on Edit...>Select All, and hit the Enter key to copy the whole thing to the clipboard, you can then paste it to your response).
Download, install, update and run a Full System scan with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (www.malwarebytes.org ) – remove everything it finds.
    does it find anything significant?
