    I am trying to upload one live care on a second computer because my first laptop i had to return because it got locked down and would not start. so i am now trying to put it on my new one but its saying my product key has already been used and that i need to resubscribe but i thought i had three uses with it. I need help because its telling me it will only last for fifteen days.

    The product key is only used to establish your subscription, thereafter the Live ID associated with your subscription is used for activation. If you know the Live ID originally used to subscribe, open One Care, select subscribe and when prompted enter the Live ID. If you don't know your Live ID you can contact support and they can retrieve your Live ID from your product key.
