Thanks for you interesting in Microsoft Fix it Center(Beta).
Please check if you have a proxy for you internet. If you don't have a proxy, please set it according the below steps:
1. Launch Internet Explorer, click Tools-->Internet Options.
2. In the Connections tab, click LAN settings, then set the proxy which can access the Internet.
3. Try to run the troubleshooter again.
