After 2 years Diagnostic Report says this is Evaluation Copy

Question
-
After some re-run of the Diagnostic tool I got the report that others were getting and I have pasted it below.
I purchased the Samsung laptop from Best Buy in Shanghai two years ago and recently got a message in the corner:
Windows Vista (TM)
Evaluation copy. Build 6002
It has a few Chinese hic-cups so more than a year ago I upgraded from Home Basic to Home Premium via the internet. I cannot find the purchase online now, it was pre-Microsoft Store in something called a Lock-box or something. Too long ago to remember exactly.
I now have 5 days before the crash; the first warning message said I had 8 days left. Now I have 5.
I am working in Angola now so my download possibilities are limited. I tried buying another upgrade from Microsoft Store but all it gave me was an error code over and over: Something is wrong with your address or credit card number. Please verify. Nothing was wrong and I tried different cards, always the same message.
I tried downloading an upgrade using a VPN in the US, but it did not work either, same error message.
How can I fix this?
If this is some sort of Evaluation Copy, or if the easy way out of this is to buy another license and just change the key I can do that. I really really don't want to have to format and reinstall a new clean copy.

FIXED! Total success.
I uninstalled the hotfix for the SP2-Beta and then uninstalled the SP-2Beta. I had forgot about it and the Evaluation Copy alart did not mention it was the SP2 beta that was expiring. My Windows Update started to work again and in two days made 62 updates and completely solved the problem and got everything tuned-up.
Thanks!
