    I would like to download a page of English in google translator and both see the text in French and listen to the text in French!

    I assumed that you meant Microsoft Translator instead.

    Currently we can translate a page if you type a url in our home page as the source. You will see the source and translated webpage. However, it is a good suggestion that we can also listen to the text.

    You can copy and paste any piece of text into http://www.microsofttranslator.com, translate it and then listen to it using the "Speak" button.
