I recently installed One Care. When the main window opens, I get several "Actions to Take". One is marked Urgent to connect to the internet. When I try to effect this action, I get an error message, "cannot connect to the internet". When I hit retry, same thing. It is obvious I am connected to the internet or I wouldn't be able to send this message. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I am using windows XP
