How to add/reference images to html web resource in crm 2011 on-premise.

As shown in the image, I want to upload some images with the html web resource. But when I open the web resource in a form the area where images should be is empty (it shows the area where should be). I think this is a referencing issue. Can someone help me on how to reference the images in my code.

Never mind I got what I was doing wrong. the name of the web resources does not have .png extension with them, so I was referencing them wrong.
