Posting your comment in this forum will probably get them to notice, but you might explain in more detail what your white paper is about, as I think that would help them to decide whether to contact you or not.

This white paper is about how MS Project can be used as a timesheet system (very different than what is designed for) just like replicon or other. Addition to this, I extended this to SSRS and build report around all by extracting data from PS Data stores.
