CRM 2011 Server Error '404 - File or directory not found' for new user RRS feed

  • We have been successfully running CRM 2011 with latest rollup on-premise for about a year now, and other previous new users have been added to the organization successfully.  One new CRM user is unable to log in to CRM either internally or externally using his domain credentials.  We are using Federation Services for authentication, and the error occurs following STS login (address forwards to hxxps://crm.domain.com/default.aspx), so the organization name is missing.

    I have tried temporarily disabling the ADFS cache on the STS server as recommended, and it did not help.

    Any thoughts?
