Need a report to show employees hours! RRS feed

  • Hello Access,

    So im developing a timesheet for the non profit i work at. The program is going great. What i need help with is creating a report or query that shows only a specific employee with all of their project hours. I have created reports but they show everyones hours. I cant seem to figure out the filters for the reports. I also created a query with a filter for the specific employee which worked. But when i create a report for it is pops up with "enter parameter value" and then it just shows everyone. I want the report to only show the employee, so other employees using the program cannot see other employees hours. Im not sure if it will be possible to hide everyones hours in a single report thats only that employee. If anyone has any suggestions let me know!
