I need more detail from you to help. Did you configure the DNS record?"These steps configure IFD for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0. However, you must still create the DNS record. Additionally, you must make sure that the server and the Web site are available from the Internet." source

Hi Raja,How to configure an Internet-Facing Deployment for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=3861e56d-b5ed-4f7f-b2fd-5a53bc71dafc&displaylang=enAs for your code, the server name changes when accessing it from the internet so you should try and and use url's that do not include the server name.So in your isv.config or any redirection use /ISV/MyCustomFlder/MyCustomPage.aspx to reference a pagerather than http://servername/MyCustomFlder/MyCustomPage.aspxRegards
