Error when trying to promote activity in Outlook to a specific account

  Hi,
  
  I have a user with MS CRM 4.0 Outlook Client installed. When trying to promote an email from one specific account he gets the error:
  
  

  • An error occurred while promoting a Microsoft CRM e-mail message.  Restart Microsoft Outlook and try again. HR=0x80040216. Context=. Function=CMailItemHelper::HrPromoteMailItemInCrm. Line=1359.

  
  He gets the same error if he tries to promote any other outlook activity (email, task etc) to this specific account. The activity he wants to promote is not promoted and the error message appears in windows event log. I've checked the account but found nothing unusual. The user has all rollups installed, nothing unusual in other trace logs.
  
  Any chance somebody encountered a similar behavior before?
