adCenter isn't accept my VISA Card

Dear,

I live in Vietnam. I register new account in http://adcenter.msn.com/ , but adCenter is not accept my VISA Card. My VISA Card is MTV VISA Debit in VietcomBank, that bank in VietNam.

How can i reslove this issues? Thanks so much.
