Each installation of Windows requires its own product key. It is not clear whether or not you are using the same key on all installations.
There is no Windows 7 SP3. That is XP. Do you mean SP1?
The computer you ran this report on is not activated.
License Status: Notification
Notification Reason: 0xC004F009 (grace time expired). The 30 day grace period is up.
Click Start, type "activate", and then enter a unique product key.

-If you are using the same key on a single computer then the only thing you need to do is Activate by Phone. This is normal. when a key has been used to activate multiple times, over the internet, the Windows Activation system requires that any additional activations be done by phone.
When you do the Activate by Phone process, the phone will be answered by a automatic phone prompt. Don't say or enter anything to the phone prompt. This will force the prompt to transfer you to a Live Activation Rep. He/she will ask a few questions to ensure you are using Windows within the licensing agreement and then will assist you inactivating Windows. It should only take a few minutes.
-If you are using one key on multiple computers, then that is a violation of the Windows Licensing agreement. To resolve the issue, you would need to buy a unique Windows Product Key for each computer.
Lastly, Colin is correct, there is no Service Pack 3 for Windows 7 (yet), but I assume you meant Service Pack 1.
Thank you,
Darin MS
