Downgrade Windows 7 profesional to xp???

  I have oem windows 7 profesion and i wan't to downgrade to XP, but i didn't get xp recovery disk. Can i install form any windows xp ome and just enter the key that i have for windows 7 or i need to ask for recovery disk ??
  
  I read the downgrade rights so i think i can do it.
  
  Please help.
