Hi all,
All of a sudden outgoing emails from CRM are disappearing into purple haze. I have no idea where the communication breakdown is, but after investigation it seems that the activity is regularly created and sent by the CRM server. Also the E-Mail router seems to pickup the email allright.
I will have to start investigating into the SMTP side, but it's beyond my realm so I want to make sure the problem is on their side first. Can anyone please look at the following E-Mail router trace and let me know whether it looks regular? (names have been cloaked)
Unfortunately I did not keep previous trace files (when things were working) so I don't know if the following log means that all is well in the router process and that the e-mail has been in fact transferred to the SMTP server.
Thanks!
