Current environment:
Using NAV. Didn’t activate the CRM component within NAV. Rather, Our comapany built their own POS & CRM systems. Field Service is another separate customized solution.
Orders will be transacted via POS system and then sent to NAV for backend finance & operation entitlements.
In house CRM system is used to store customers’ warranty information
Hence company has been relying on their POS system, In house CRM system & customized FS solution for customer service
