Unable to purchase Content RRS feed

  • Hi There-

    Can you please try clearing your cache and cookies and attempt the purchase again?  We have some issues where a bad cookie is on the user machine that prevents the user from taking the necessary action.

    If that does not solve your issue, you may contact me at learnmgr@microsoft.com and we can discuss this further.

  • I have emailed microsoft learning manager as requested in the reply above and have gotten no response for 7 days now.
