Yes,
If you get E-mails full of spam - Now every e-mail provider gives a extra button in each mail "Report Spam", If you click on that button the sender add. will be blocked .
If you have more Q. regarding Spam...etc please feel free to ask.

While submitting your email in forums and places where it can be read anywhere, give it in the following format. If you email is someone@company.com, give it as someone [at] company [dot] com. In this way, spam bots cannot detect your email.Monday, February 12, 2007 5:56 PM
