    Hi there,

    I have a task to upgrade CRM 2011 to CRM 2013 in-place. According to instructions, I have to uninstall Reporting Extensions

    first. My first attempt was to upgrade without uninstalling (I'm familiar with CRM, I'm developer) and I encountered en error on the screen 'System Checks':

    "Cannot open database '[organization]_mscrm_MSCRM' requested by the login. .....".

    The database name in SQL is [organization]_mscrm, not [organization]_mscrm_MSCRM. I'm not sure if it is because I did not uninstall Reporting Extensions first. If I uninstall this app/service and the database name still will be an issue, I do not know how to roll back.

    Any help would be appreciate.
