    Hi:

     

    I already have an account and using Windows Live Onecare (6 months). I understand I can also use this same acount with another computer. I recently purchase a Dell notebook that I wish to have Windows Onecare as my PC protector instead of other brand. However, I couldn't remember what my signon ID and password. Is there any way I could retrieve that information without being compromized? Thanking you in advance.

    If you go to Help > About in OneCare on the computer OneCare is activated on, it will show the LiveID you are using next to "Subscription ID".
