Live One Care Renewal Issue RRS feed

    I received a message that is is time for renewal.  It said I could use the renewal on up to three computers.  I renewed on my PC.  Now I get the same message on my laptop but have no idea and can't find how to apply the renewal to this computer...????  Thanks.

  • If you renewed on one computer and your laptop is on the same subscription it will show the updated status within 24 hours. It needs to received the updated certification from the server.

    If it continues to reflect an incorrect renewal date after a day, open OneCare and click 'check for update' to force the communication.

    If that still doesn't help, contact support.

    To confirm that they are both activated with the same subscription LiveID, open OneCare and click Help/About on both and view the Subscription ID.
