Cannot save System Settings RRS feed

    Cannot modify and save any System Settings under Organization Settings and it doesn't gives any errors, followed the instructions on this url  http://support.microsoft.com/kb/916159/ and chapter 15 of the implementation guide, still doesn't solve the problem.

     

    We're running CRM 3.0 on Windows 2003 server with SQL 2005 on the same server, anyone has any idea?

  • Is printing working for you?

     

    Reason I ask is that some of the system settings impact printing as well so if printing does not work, you will not be able to save settings tiehr.

  • The printing work, I have since reinstall CRM with SQL2000 instead of SQL2005 and it's ok now.
